Refactored HTTP requests to properly use Sessions to hold authenticate data.  Added support for associating contributors with figures and images

Added ability to skip processing certain questionable dataset identifiers. Made debug output less noisy

Refactored domain model; added GcisObject as separate base class so that Contributors don\'t have Contributors.  Added support for Roles to Contributors. Added a bunch of hardcoded identifiers

Refactored config file handling to module-level. hitlist files now created in current directory (better than crash; will fix later)
